Waking up to a flyer that reads "Do you want a black president?"has inspired me to create this blog. Being raised in a multi-ethnic home has given me a sense of understanding throughout life. You would think by now i would be more aware of what we as the minority put up with on a daily basis; however i am immensely shocked every time i read or even witness this "crime"
Do we run from it?
Do we look away?
We speak about change, love the idea of change; what exactly are we going to change?
Can we as individuals change?
Change the way we view other races?
The United States itself, is what i refer to as eclectic; yet it seems so difficult to embrace our diversity.
